We are looking for a responsible, clean, quiet individual or couple who will respect our home and watch our dog and cat while we are away.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Staying at the apartment during the designated dates, walking the dog a couple times per day, feeding the dog and cat, and keeping the place neat and tidy.

Beautiful bright small one bedroom apartment in Boston's historic South End neighborhood. High ceilings, full kitchen and bath, small balcony. Washer and dryer. Located on the parlor level of a Victorian Brownstone. Neighborhood is notable for multiple restaurants and parks, easily accessible public transportation, and walkable to all Boston has to offer.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
We will consider someone with previous testimonials. We need someone who can stay at the house each night for the duration of the exact dates we are looking for. We do not have off street parking.

Sweetest dog and cat, amazing Boston location!
I had the most enjoyable 16 days in Boston, taking care of Lady and Minnie! Communication with Chloe was seamless and easy from the beginning! Chloe emailed me a document ahead of time with the “Ins and outs” of the apartment and care instructions for Lady and Minnie. Lady and Minnie were sweet and friendly and their care routine was very easy and allowed me plenty of time to explore Boston! The apartment is cozy and in such a great neighborhood! Comfortable bed, washer and dryer and well appointed kitchen. Grocery shopping and 2 train lines are within a 15 minute walk and there are so many great places to eat and drink close by as well. I was able to walk to most places from the apartment, including Newberry Street, Boston Common, Boston Public Library, Fenway Park, Boston Public Garden and the Charles River Esplanade. I would absolutely recommend this house sit and look forward to be invited back! Chloe was available while traveling to answer an questions I had. Thank you Chloe! Missing my sweet Lady Bug and Miss Sassy Pants Minnie!
