About this sitter
Hello we are Tim and Wendy we are in our mid 60’s, recently retired and both non-smokers. We live in Devon England, near the coast and spend our time travelling, walking, and sea/river kayaking and generally keeping fit. We have raised 2 children, renovated two houses, cared for elderly parents and always had pets. In addition we have been Airbnb hosts (see reviews).
Although we are well travelled, we are looking for new opportunities to travel abroad and experience different places. We have always loved animals and enjoy being around them and getting to know their different characteristics.
Why they want to house sit
After years of work, caring and house renovation’s etc. we now have no commitments and would love the opportunity to house/pet sit in new places in the world.
Their experience
Up until recently we have always had our own pets, as well as looking after friends and neighbours cats, fish and chickens on a regular basis. We have also taken on dog walking for our elderly neighbours.
We have extensive experience in property maintenance and development, through our own house renovations projects and careers in specialist property acquisition and alterations. Our experience in this area has also led us to looking after friends and neighbours homes while they have been away.
We both have full clean driving licenses.

Please Come Back!
Maytag absolutely loved Wendy and Tim, and so did we. Our meowster was in fine form when we returned from three weeks away and was, in fact, not too happy with life returning to normal (less playing, less lap time we expect). Our home was very well looked after as well. Communication was excellent throughout. We wouldn't hesitate to have Wendy and Time back, and hopefully with a bit of overlap next time so we could get in a visit! Thank you for taking such good care of Maytag and her home.

House sitter review for Tim and Wendy Rayment
Tim and Wendy have just house sat for us for a week looking after our house and more importantly our treasured cocker spaniel Bruno. They were fabulous house sitters, communicated well before and during the sit and understood our needs and those of Bruno. He was looked after beautifully as was the house and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them both. They clearly love animals and went out of their way to be helpful to us - even offering to do a food shop as we arrived home very late on a Saturday evening. I am sure Bruno is already missing them and I would like to thank them for being such great sitters.

House sitter required to look after adorable 6 yr old Persian Chinchilla called Tilly
Tim and Wendy were a fantastic choice to come and look after Tilly while we were away. Communication in the run up to the house sit was easy and enjoyable and when they arrived we were immediately at ease and confident they would do a great job. While we were away Wendy kept us up to date with Tilly's progress and put our minds at ease at all times. When we returned the house was immaculately clean, Tilly was happy and they had even left us some goodies to enjoy after a long flight home. I would highly recommend Tim and Wendy for any future house sits.
