About this sitter
I have been a counselor/writer for over 30 years and am now retired living in Bali. I have been a vrbo host so I understand what it is to entrust your home to someone. I am a neat person who loves animals, people and nature.
Why they want to house sit
I love experiencing new cultures and countries. Pet sitting is a vehicle in which to provide a good service for others while having new adventures myself.
Their experience
I have owned pets my whole life, fostered several “red zone” larger dogs and have managed people's homes while they were away. I also have been pet sitting since 2015 and have references from other pet sitting sites.
What can they bring to the assignment
I am a very organized and flexible, patient and I love pets. I have also restored several 100+ year old homes, so I understand the quicks and needs of a house.

4 1/2 months of perfect care ?
Donna has stayed in my place in Amed for 4,5 months. It was such a relief for me having her there, I didn't have any worries during those months. The pets were very well cared for and I got my house back in perfect condition. Even a nice clean bed was waiting for me, all bedding washed too! Donna is an amazing housesitter and she can come to my place anytime ???? If she offers to housesit for you, consider yourself a very lucky homeowner ????

Great pet sitter!
Donna have done a nearly 2 month long pet/house sit for us. She is fantastic with animals. One of our dog is a rescue and is fearful of strangers, but Donna made a great connection with him and he relaxed very soon. She is very intuitive with animals and really observes what they need. She is very reliable and trustworthy. I didn't worry a single day while we were away. We received plenty of photos and videos with our pets. She went above and beyond for our pups: drove them in the car to a place they love for walks, took care of the minor skin issue when it happened. She is quick on her feet about researching different breeds and what they might need. I highly recommend her. She was very thorough and diligent. And best of all, very pleasant human being :)
