As an adaptable, conscientious person I will take pride in caring for your property (and pets), giving you peace of mind as you are away home.
As an experienced home owner, I am accustom to living in the rural countryside and large cities. As a friendly and approachable person I can settle into a new community or house sitting role quite easily. I am an active outdoor person who does not shy from working in the yard, garden or paddock.
As a professional nonprofit and charitable sector consultant, I have the flexibility to work anywhere and an interest in experiencing local community culture. Whether your home is in a city, small town or country setting, I can adapt to your needs to care for your home (and your pets or livestock). My interest in travelling to new places, learning about local culture, and working remotely from new locations drives my desire to house sit anywhere.
As a charity and nonprofit consultant I have the option to work anywhere, therefore house owners will need to assure they have reliable internet connectivity.

I pride myself on being a meticulous planner, resourceful and adaptable. I am naturally and habitually an early riser (4:30 am is not unusual) making morning chores or animal care a welcomed way to start the day.
I am adaptable making settling into a new place and routines quite easy.

Kind, interesting and totally reliable
Keith is in many ways a remarkable person. It is unusual to have instant responses, but when contacting him but he seems always to respond within minutes. He operates his business (he is based in Toronto high up in the city centre) wherever he happens to be and so needs good quality connectivity -- which we have. We asked him to keep an eye on various things in house and garden and he conscientiously did this. Among other things, he kept the grass cut and we have a lot to cut. Our ducks were in fine fettle when we returned 4 weeks later.

The Best !
Keith was a Godsend for minding our home in Mexico, he actually left our home in better shape than when he took possession and proved to be very ingenuous with any home related challenges that can arise in a rural setting. Highly recommend him.

Dream House sitter! We are a pretty relaxed couple, but when it comes to our cats…we are hard to please! From our very first contact with Keith until the day he left, we have been so impressed with his professionalism, organization and trustworthiness, and as well as that, he is a great person! He went over and above what was asked of him, and handled many curve balls in caring for our home and the result was 2 very happy and content kitties, and are very well cared for home, pool and garden. While we were gone, the electricity bill arrived; this was dealt with swiftly and without problems. He communicated regularly giving us updates on both our kitties and any property maintenance issues that arose. The house was left spotless (maybe even cleaner than it was when I left!!) and he even left food for us so we wouldn’t have to worry about going to shop for food the day we arrived back…so thoughtful! Keith is an excellent, professional house sitter. You couldn’t ask for more and anyone would be very lucky to have him look after their animals and home. A faultless, 100% positive experience.
