About this sitter
I am 58 years old and I currently live in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. I have two grown children, a daughter who lives in Uganda at present and my son lives in Falls Church, Va. i have extensive experience in dog sitting g and house sitting. To include 7 weeks spent in Ireland, 3 weeks taking care of 5 dogs, and several horses as it is a stud horse facility and working farm. I spent 3 more weeks at a dog boarding kennel in Mullingar, Ireland. I also have spent 3 months at a time since 2019 in Uganda with my daughter. I have many references. I have clients that I have taken care of their houses and animals for over 25 years. I am independent , single, and I love what I do. Please feel free to reach out to me. Why they want to house sit
I love to roam and wander. It is a great way to travel around and get changes of sceneries having a place to stay. I like being solo and I enjoy travel.

What can they bring to the assignment
I am clean and also if there are pets that is a huge plus for me. I am a dog lover. I love all animals. But dogs are my favorite. I have experience with many animals though. I am quiet and keep to myself. I enjoy the solitude. I am responsible and tidy to a fault.

A gem amongst sitters!!!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Robin. She was friendly, personable, super easy to communicate with, and very self-reliant, which is a huge plus in my book. The house looked amazing, the animals were beyond well cared-for, and I never once worried about the cat getting out. She even managed to stop some terrible habits my dog has picked up, which would be enough for this glowing review. But really, the main thing to recommend Robin is her immense heart and her true love of animals. Every picture she sent me of our cats and dog was one of pure contentment. She figured out their characters within a couple of days, and is now my dog's unofficial auntie. Whatever she needs to make her sit successful, give it to her a dozen times over. You will feel such a sense of relief and total peace leaving your pets with her, I promise it's completely worth it.

The Best Housesitter!!
Robin was a wonderful house sitter and we loved having her. She was incredibly communicative, which made us feel very comfortable with the entire process. It was evident that she is an animal lover and very experienced with taking care of animals as she did an awesome job with our cat, Monkey, who can be a little unwelcoming to strangers. She took good care of our house and the pool and our animals loved her! Robin and our Labrador Marley became besties and I believe there were some teary eyes at goodbye. I'm grateful for all the updates and photos from Robin throughout her stay and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a house sitter, and we would definitely have Robin house sit again in the future.
