About this sitter

I love cats, dogs, pets, and animals in general. For me, they are magical beings and I enjoy taking care of them.

I am fairly quiet. I meditate. I enjoy walking in nature. Write. Drink coffee in the morning and tea in the afternoon.

I am reliable, honest, and a down-to-earth person with a professional career.

Taking care of two dogs for 3 weeks:
"Kim looked after our two dogs, at our home, for nearly three weeks while we were on holiday. I was nervous to leave the dogs as they had only been with us for 6 months again after we had to leave them for a period while arranging our relocation.

I didn’t need to be nervous - Kim took wonderful care of our dogs and kept sending us photos and updates. The dogs were happy to see us but I could tell they did not really miss us as they were loved in our absence! (I know this as my big dog always sulks in protest for being left and there was no sulking ????)

I will definitely use Kim again and recommend her to anyone who needs a fellow animal lover to take care of their pets!"

A 3-week sit looking after a dog and a cat:

What can they bring to the assignment

Love for animals and nature. I have volunteered in dog shelters, taking care of dogs rescued from medical testing in northern Peru. I took them for walks along the beach. Seeing their faces smile as they enjoyed some time of freedom, curiosity, and fun - were very beautiful moments.

I also assisted as a veterinary assistant and health educator in the Peruvian Amazon in mobile veterinary clinics. Mostly I administered medicine, assisted in spading surgeries, and helped to wake up the animals after surgery.
