About this sitter
Hello, Mia here. I would love to come care for your home and pets while you’re away in exchange for a culture immersion. Loving Europe (especially France), I’m hoping to find some assignments to help with my ongoing language learning, but not limited to France.
Why they want to house sit
My schedule is extremely flexible and I’m able to move about rather freely with little notice. I reside in Florida but love escaping the heat and flat terrain.
Their experience
Having been a pet caretaker for over a decade, I have taken care of cats, dogs, and birds. This is my second time listing with Mind My House. I completed assignments during 2017-2018, but took a break…and Covid times.
What can they bring to the assignment
You can rest assured that your four legged family member will be taken care of…even spoiled. I understand that when pet parents/family are away, this causes a level of stress and anxiety for the pet. My goal is to make that adjustment a bit more enjoyable and calming, for both owners and pets.

Mia is a wonderful dog sitter!
Mia took care of our Opie for a couple of weeks. She took great care of our dog and house, was supremely trustworthy and reliable and sent us regular updates while we were away. When we came home, everything was in great order. I can't say that she was good in the garden because it's the middle of the winter and that was not part of what we asked her to do. We didn't ask her to do any repairs either as none were needed. Fantastic house sitter, wonderful person, highly recommended!
