About this sitter

Hello!

My name is Christina. I am a 32 year old woman currently living and traveling in Mexico. I am very friendly, kind and responsible. I love animals and have a lot of experience house/pet sitting (happy to send you references).

A little about me:

I am very passionate about health. I eat a fruit-based vegan diet and help others through health coaching.

I love to write, play music, create things in the kitchen, play games, and of course, spend time in nature. I come from a beautiful place in California and spent my childhood playing in rivers, lakes and skiing on the mountain.

I am slightly introverted (a poet at heart) but also love to connect with others, chat, and learn new things. I'm an organized and clean person and love to keep a clean space. I love walking and watching the sunrise, sunset, reading, and journaling. Sitting in the sun in the morning and journaling/reading with a big bowl of fruit is my happy place. :)

I'm currently traveling in Mexico and am looking for housesits in areas that are safe, peaceful, and clean. I prefer minimum 1 week sits.

Why they want to house sit

I am taking 6 months to travel throughout Mexico. I prefer "slow travel" (staying in places for longer periods) so staying put and taking care of animals/homes is perfect for what I'm looking for. I also love animals and the daily rhythms/routines of caring for them and/or a home. There's something so joyous about being with animals in nature and watching them enjoy the outdoors just as much as me!

I also love getting to connect with the home owners I’m sitting for and get a feel for the local area.

I have housesat for the past 10 years for multiple families, both short term and long term. My past clients have found my services to be great and I have never encountered any problems or conflicts.

My specialty is taking care of your home and pets so you don't need to worry about anything. I'm responsible and follow instructions and am happy to help care for your garden or do other responsibilities around the home.
