About this sitter

I'm a data and organization nerd who serves on the board of a private, foster-home-based animal rescue agency (Central Virginia Regional Rescue) and has fostered animals consistently for over four years. I am detail oriented and quiet, and I was raised Mennonite, instilling in me the values and ethics of a solid, family-based culture.

Why they want to house sit

I enjoy seeing new places around the world, but I like to do it as inconspicuously as possible, so pet sitting gives me the perfect opportunity! Plus I love animals, especially cats.

Their experience

I have fostered over 125 cats and dogs over the past 4-5 years, from sick kittens who nearly died to healthy adults. I personally own four cats (all foster fails), and I have cared for others' pets while they traveled.
