Mother and Daughter team available to care for your home

About this sitter

I am a mature, responsible woman who will be traveling around the world with my 12 year old daughter, January 2025-June 2025. We are open to any location and love to pet sit. We prefer 1 or 2 bedroom homes near larger cities. I am very handy and perform most minor fixes to my own home and am very resourceful and thoughtful when it comes to caring for the homes of other people. My daughter and I can communicate in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and German.

Why they want to house sit

We love traveling and seeing the world and we prefer to stay in homes and communities rather than hotels so that we are immersed in the community and we can cook our own food.

Their experience

I have been active on Mind My Home for over 10 years as a homeowner. I have done a couple of housesits in the past. We have done house-sitting with and without pets.

What can they bring to the assignment

We are extremely thoughtful and caring when it comes to the homes of others. I own my own home and know what it's like to leave my home in the care of others. We both love animals and relish the opportunity to meet and care for the precious family members of folks who leave their animals in our care. I am also handy and very capable of addressing minor issues. I am resourceful when something is beyond my capacity so that the homeowner doesn't have to worry about anything while they are away.
