Howdy! We are John and Molly!

We met on an American Airlines flight from Dallas to New York City, where I (John) was headed for a Thanksgiving Week housesit in Brooklyn. We’d love to tell you the rest of our love story when we come sit for you!

John enjoyed a 20+ year sports sales and marketing career (ESPN and FOX Sports), and now is a life coach and professional speaker.

Molly worked as a Creative Director before starting her very successful interior design business.

Our worlds have always revolved around being curious about, getting to know, and serving people.

We are a strictly non-smoking couple who enjoy learning about other cultures, tasting new foods, hiking, animals, traveling, oh...and long walks on the beach.

Why they want to house sit

We love animals (Molly often cries when we leave them), people (many of whom are now lifelong friends), and learning about different cultures.

The opportunity to meet amazing people, give them peace so they can enjoy their travels, and serve their needs by caring for two of their most precious possessions, their homes and pets, all while experiencing our remarkable world, is a dream come true!

Their experience

I (John) was born with a puppy in my crib, well, almost. I had allergies as a baby, and at seven months old, the doctors in our small West Texas town prescribed a Chihuahua named Poco with directions for me to "sleep with Poco in my baby bed." At the time, doctors believed Chihuahuas helped with allergy symptoms. Of course, this has been proven false, but it was too late...my love for animals was set in my heart!

Molly’s early love for pets also started when she was super young! When she was 6-years old, she received a beagle puppy for Christmas! Her parents were professors, and refused to let her name her pup a “silly pet name.” Since beagles are hunters, her dad suggested “Tally Ho!” Molly shortened it to Tally since she wasn't into hunting (and still isn't)!

Since our childhoods, we have always been involved with pets. Dogs, cats, horses, fish, we love them all! Molly has spent a significant amount of time over the past ten years volunteering for animal rights and animal rescue organizations.

We’ve never considered our love and care for pets to be “experience." We have simply been loving on God’s creation!

What can they bring to the assignment

We have 3+ years of experience housesitting around the world, from two cats in a small apartment to a 210-pound Great Dane, multiple casitas on over 40 acres, and protecting three dogs and five cats through two hurricanes! We've watered indoor and outdoor plants, picked gardens, fixed pvc pipes, and wrestled alligators (just kidding!).

We are an honest, happy, positive, active couple who bring lots of love to your home, pets, and the people we meet! We also have a driver's license.
