I am a semi-retired environmental professional who enjoys traveling to new places and getting to explore different lifestyles and communities. I love both plants and animals and I have a gentle, easy going demeanor and adapt well to all kinds of situations. I like to engage with homeowners through a trusting friendship so both parties feel happy with the exchange throughout the agreed upon time period. I have also transported pets across country and served as a live-in on call pet nanny in Lake Tahoe for when the homeowner needed to travel for work. I have over 12 years of house and petsitting experience, as well as caretaking larger properties and luxury homes for sale, property management for Airbnbs, organic garden and permaculture experience, and I have excellent references. I have lovingly taken care of dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, birds, rats, rabbits and guinea pigs; designed and managed various types of gardens; as well as provided conscientious and consistent property care with no pets involved.
