Apartment in holiday complex in southern Spain (Murcia region near Mazzaron)

About this assignment

We (my husband and I are both Germans and born 1969) have since autumn 2022 an apartment in Spain that we currently use mainly in winter - September to April.
Last summer we had very good experiences with house sitters and that's why we want to try it again this year.
We are looking for someone to live in it and had a look on it and pay us the service charges. The fixed costs (community, security, WLAN, gardener, Pool, tax, rubbish, water) are currently about 200 euros per month (and we will not charge more than 200 euros, not even if higher fees are set for next year.) and the electricity costs depend on the current consumption, I can call up the consumption at any time at https://www.iberdrola.es/en I would share the meter reading once a week, - this month it is 45 euro, last summer, the charge was almost 100 euros in one month, probably due to the air conditioning). What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We would like the entire period to be covered by one person/couple. This does not necessarily have to be from April to September, in agreement it can also be March/April/May to August/September/October.

There is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. However, the apartment is difficult to reach by public transport. It is therefore necessary to have your own car. There is a private car park in front of the house.

If possible we would like to get to know the house sitter.
