About this assignment
Please don't apply for this sit unless you are two people, in Spain and have your own transport.
Must love dogs and care for them like their own. Must love a quite life. The house is nestled in a beautiful valley 20 minutes from Torrox Costa, Frigliana, Nerja and the Tejeda National Park. All home comforts here, pool and total peace. All we ask is for you to care for our animals and respect our home.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Care of 3 dogs and one cat. The dogs like a walk and are good in the care. You will need a car for this sit. Keep house clean and surrounds. As much or as little as you want to do in the garden.
What are the good features of the property and location
Beautiful location on the edge of the Tejeda National Park. Total tranquillity yet short way to Granada and Malaga. Nerja and Frigliana ,Competa and endless walks on the doorstep. Beautiful animals!!!!
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
You will need a car for this sit to take advantage of the beautiful area. Whilst you are only 20 minutes from the coast
there is limited public transfer

Marvelous mountains
If you are looking to house sit surrounded by the most stunning scenery, based in a beautiful house (it even has an outdoor bath you can fill from the warm hillside spring water), and to look after some beautiful animals, then this is the place. Sarah the owner showed us everything we needed to know, and although we started off apprehensive about living off-grid, in reality the Cortijo is so well set up there's no difference from being at home. We were there in September and gorged on fresh figs, the sweetest red grapes EVER, and want to get back to savour the pomegranates when they're ready. Oh did I mention the hundreds of olive trees that you can wander through every day, all within the land?! Fabulous, fantastic and we really recommend Sarah and her amazing Korky????, Poppy ????, Tia ???? and Charlie ????
