I would like to have a
calm, drug free, mature, responsible person, either sex, to take in the mail, keep sidewalks clear of snow.(Only 25 ft wide).

What are the good features of the property and location
beautiful 1923 brick home two blocks from a huge park with a 3
mile hike and three lakes. Small property with a short front yard
Back yard nice for sitting and relaxing.
Only 2.5 miles to downtown. 1 mile to Cherry creek mall. Right on bus route. Garage is detached and unavailable. Sheltered alley is partly included. Car might be available for use. Hot tub usable.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
I am not OCD immaculate, have a relaxed attitude about housekeeping, but clean is a must. Keeping the property looking nice is the one thing I would like. Also NO smoking or drugs. Moderate alcohol is ok. You will have a full apartment upstairs when we are gone and a cozy room in the basement with a private bathroom and laundry when we are home. We MIGHT be home for short visits. No pay is offered. Expenses when necessary will be reimbursed. We will need you to be here by Jan 4 and stay until April 23. Flexible on exit date. We may need you until but we might to be home for short stays.

Very friendly and accommodating owners of a chilled dog!
Candice and David really were wonderful hosts allowing me come a few days early and stay with them. Candice showed me the local routes that Jazmine was used to, for her walks. She showed me how to prepare Jazmine’s food and medication so she would be happy eating it. Several detailed recipes were printed out as Jazmine was 15 years old with some medical issues but very easy to look after. I was shown the plants that required watering and how to water and take care of the garden while they were away. The property was is in quiet residential area of South Denver, very close to a huge park and a country club. I would certainly sit for them again in the future!

Great stay in Denver
Love the location of the home, super close to beautiful and huge Washington Park and in a safe, walkable neighborhood. Big house with good amenities, including lost of pay TV options. Great home owners doing good in the world. If you're lucky, you can even help with their nonprofit!

Super chill dog and housesit
Candice and Dave are great homeowners. There is a great energy and chill vibe in their home and garden. Jasmine is the best dog for Pet sitting. She behaves so well per her training and truly enjoys her walks. A great dog around other dogs. Truly a pleasure.
