Hillside Retreat (continuing construction) on the southern black sea --Bulgaria

About this assignment

Im away now and won't be back at my Bulgarian property till April 2025. I'm there for three months',April May June 2025 then off for at least six months.
I usually pay a local caretaker/Gardner to look after it. Duties would be a few hours a day gardening and decorating with materials paid for. There is a ford Transit camper, but rego. and insurance not included. Heating (hopefully a heatpump) would have to be installed for winter. There are wifi cameras for security in outside areas only.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Just looking after the house and garden. Nothing special required. Plenty of Gardens and landscaping to work on- for your pleasure and exercise. No pets to worry about. Food is tasty in Bulgaria.

What are the good features of the property and location

It's private and has a panoramic view. Great surf beaches and a horse riding club in summer. It's very quiet. I'm hoping to build it up as a SPA retreat. Lots more building to do first

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Im building a spar retreat that's fully self sufficient with vege garden, spring water fast internet and excellent solar and wind power. The shed has Living room/ bedroom/kitchen bathroom all open plan. All with panoramic views.

Can I bring my own pets?
