About this assignment

We need sitters for our 2 cats while on Vacation Oct 7th 2024 .- Oct 22nd. We live in a condo in Burnaby. Very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood with parks, shops and restaurants just a block or two away. Close to Grandview and Boundary, close to Metrotown and downtown Vancouver, North Shore mountains and Burnaby Mountain/Lake are all only about a 15 minute drive

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Take care of 2 cats , Feeding them ,cleaning cat litter and of course loving and playing with them.
Taking care of the mail and home.

What are the good features of the property and location

Main floor ,2 bedrooms , 2 baths , in suite laundry .WIFI. Easy street parking. Close to transit (Bus & Trains)
With nice patio to enjoy the outside.
open concept ,very cozy living room with Fireplace.
Close to grocery stores and Walmart

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

NO more than 2 people
Non smoking , clean ,quiet and respectful for surrounding neighbors .
Respect our privacy
And of course friendly and loving with cats
