3 bedroom house with landscaped yard and koi pond in Encinitas (20 miles north of San Diego)

About this assignment

Looking for a house sitter to look after our aquarium fish, koi in outside pond, and our 2 cats. The dates are from July 19, 2025 to August 13, 2025.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

1. Feed our koi once daily
2. Feed 2 cats twice a day and clean sand box daily
3. Feed aquarium fish once a day
4. Replace trap cannister for pond (once) very easy to do

What are the good features of the property and location

Nice 3 bedroom/2 bath house within 2-3 miles from beach in North Coastal San Diego County.. Lots of great beaches nearby, Centrally located with convenient shopping close by. Tropical landscape with koi pond and waterfall in back yard. WiFi is available,. large screen TV, backyard BBQ have beach chairs and body boards and State Park Day use pass for entry into State beaches including Torrey Pines.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Should have own transportation with parking in the street or in the driveway. We prefer non smoking, but smoking would be okay if done in the back yard and butts put into a ashtray.

Can I bring my own pets?
