About this assignment

Dedicated and caring. Wants to spend time with my animals. No young children sorry. People who like to interact with the animals and want to spend time with them. Someone who is OK watering plants and trees.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Who: 4 cats & 1 dog - Animals are not to be left alone for longer than 4hours per day of time as this is a short sit. They need to feel comfortable with you.
All animals are rescue and some have anxiety issues with new people. They are all extremely kind and gentle and will repay you with cuddles and kisses if you give them attention and love.
All amenties include restaurants, supermarkets, market, chemist etc are in Moncarapacho. 1 bike. We don't offer use of our car. Public bus in the town and Fuseta is the nearest town (7minutes by car) where there is a train station.
Will need sitter to look after animals and water trees (either morning or evening on a cycle basis)
During this time there may be visits from out estate agent for potential buyers. Our agent will always contact you in advance for any visits so not to disturb nor inconvenience you. You will not need to do anything just make sure house is clean and tidy as it was when you arrive. Our agent will make sure visits are back to back and not sporadic.
Uber to main towns are cheap - 6-10 euros one way to Olhao.
I can pick up from station/airport Olhao/Faro/Fuseta

What are the good features of the property and location

Walking distance to a small town.
All amenities. Restaurants. Supermarket. Bars. Shops. Municipal market. 10mins from beach. We do not offer a car though.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We don't offer a car. We do offer 1 bike if needed. We can pick you up from the airport which is Faro. Otherwise the train station in Olhao or Faro. Please ask for testimonials regarding myself and Nigel as home https://www.mindmyhouse.com/owners/listing#owners.
