Stay in south Spain! Easy Cat!

About this assignment

Hello, we are looking a responsible sitter or couple to take care of our lovely cat PomPon. Our cat is 4 years old now. The sitter will be staying in a two storey house in a quiet área of Cartagena, with all servicies ( supermarkets,pharmacy, bars...) and 10 min Drive from The centre ,( or 15 min bus ride, bus stops in front of house) . We look for someone careful and clean. (non smokers and people with references, please). THE SITTER MUST LEAVE THE HOUSE AS FOUND IT, please.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Mainly give affection to our cat and give him company, feed him twice, and clean his toilet daily. He is an easy cat.He was born deaf (as many other white cats) but it is not a problem or take any medication. Simply don't expect he will go to you if you call him, and sometimes he can meows loudly because he doesnt hear himself, that's all. But he is a completely normal and happy cat. Of course he is strictily an indoor cat. You cannot let him out!
Other responsabilities apart from giving him company and affection, enjoy the place, there are very nice beaches ( if you come in summer) around to spend the day and restaurants, shops....We recommend that you have a car to move around with more freedom, although to go into the city you have a frequent bus that stops literally at the door of the house.

What are the good features of the property and location

Quiet neighbourhood with main services around. 10 min Drive from The centre, bus stop just in front if The house if you prefer . Also we recommend visiting Murcia which 30 minutes drive. La Manga which is a line of land between two seas offers wonderful beaches, water sports, chiringuitos to lie down and have a nice sangria ( in case you come In summer). La Manga is the beach on the pictures and its only 30 minutes drive. Calblanque (protected beach area) is also very famous and only 30 minutes drive. If you like diving in Cabo de Palos (only 25-30 minutes drive) you have different diving schools and the nationally and internationally famous marine reserve of Islas Hormigas, which it is said to be a diving paradise. Also Cartagena has nice modernist buildings in the center to walk or sit down in a bar and simply enjoy the views, More recommendations can be given. Good opportunity to enjoy the sun, gastronomy and city, where mass tourism still hasn´t arrived

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

. The most important for us, as we said , someone really clean and respectful able to care for the cat and the property (both very easy to care for), with previous references and who can just communicate with us on a regular basis and enjoy this nice part of Spain.
