What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Just keep an eye on them from time to time pick up the eggs daily do a head count. There is no smoking or drinking or partying on my property.

Safe comfortable secure location close to Burlington Champlain Islands Saint Albans Vermont. Free Wi-Fi excellent Neighbors quiet neighborhood. Bicycle friendly security lights exit living quarters quiet.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

This takes about five minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening. I would like to have somebody in my house in case any issues arrived there on the property no pets allowed like I stated before no smoking or drinking or partying this is a one-person job not for friend's or family, I would also prefer no visitors.
