Recently renovated house surounded by nature in Central Portugal

About this assignment

I looking for a 1 or 2 people to stay at my small holding in a rural setting in Central Portugal. I am a street performer with a puppet show www.narua.info and spend most weekends and sometimes longer in Lisbon, Porto and other cities

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed the cats, water the garden and generally be present while I am away. I will also appreciate any help around the place while I'm here

What are the good features of the property and location

A very beautiful, quiet and semi isolated location with lots of wild nature including deer and boar and natural forest. A couple of km from a small village with a bar and a river where you can swim. 7km from town with supermarkets etc. 25km from Coimbra. There is fiber Internet connection. Its an interesting area with some outdoor activities and there are other settled foreigners with some social events.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I prefer if you have a live-in vehicle, however I do have a caravan if you don't. You can share my kitchen and bathroom, but I expect you use the compost toilet. I'm easy going and helpful, but expect you to have at least some basic life skills, and zombie apocalypse ready.
