About this assignment
A reliable experienced, conscientious & caring house sitter or couple who can enjoy this sanctuary with two cats, who don't mind the peace of a country house and country living, and who are happy with normal country insects, the and surrounding wildlife.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
I am also now looking for care for my dog who is a border collie just for a weekend if as the garden is big it is pretty easy but he does need some walks and to be played with.
The cats are very easy, but they still like some love and letting in and out and feeding, of course, plants watered too. And some looking after the garden if necessary. But mostly enjoy the house and you will have time to explore the area.
What are the good features of the property and location
The farmhouse has brilliant WIFI for working, 3 clean large double bedrooms, it has a separate comfy kitchen area, warm central heating, warm beds, and 2 baths and showers. Large living area, tv, two large fireplaces. It's a great location with beautiful towns nearby, large garden & grounds a great location for walks, beach for surf, hikes and more. Just. next to a national park cabarceno, 25mins from beaches, the beautiful town of liérganes and 30 mins to Santander City, perfect for exploring.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
You will need to drive ideally hire a car, and there is cycling to the local town is possible. It feels remote and not for lovers of mod cons or a city luxury living pad. It has all the things you need including central heating, baths, and dishwasher, and is very clean and comfortable, but has a real rustic charm.

Beautiful home in magic location
Rebecca is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Her home is charming and located in a gorgeous rural area surrounded by green fields, cows, and sheep. Minnie is adorable and quite an independent cat that is very easy to care for. Highly recommend Rebecca's home and cat sitting assignment.

Amazing place, owner and cat
This has been an amazing experience for the place, a really nice house nested in a typical Cantabrian green valley, and its kind, caring and well-travelled owner. Rebecca made me feel at ease all the time, before, during and after my stay. Minnie is the sweetest cat to look after. Don't hesitate to visit them!
