Looking for a mature, kind dog lover to care for my big, old, super-chill dog while I'm in Korea for the first two weeks of December. Someone who enjoys a clean, tidy space, leads a low-key lifestyle, and likes leisurely neighborhood walks.
Caring for my large (80 lbs) senior dog: feeding meals and giving supplements, walking, occasional paw cleaning, and, of course, giving him lots of love.
Additionally, small household tasks like bringing in packages (if any) and watering two small indoor plants.
My home is a cozy, well-maintained one-bedroom apartment, perfect for a single person. It’s a first-floor unit in a quiet, three-unit building with polite, respectful neighbors.
The main room serves as both a living and bedroom, with a queen bed, 55-inch TV, and a loveseat/coffee table combo. There’s a another small room I use as my office, plus a compact but charming kitchen and bathroom with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The location is fantastic for walking: one block south to The Grove and Farmers Market, one block north to the Melrose District, and Erewhon, Trader Joe’s, and Whole Foods are all within 10 minutes. Pan Pacific Park is nearby, great for some outdoor time or taking my dog to play.
Street parking is easy, and a short drive gets you to Beverly-Grove or West Hollywood for even more dining and shopping options. Safe, quiet, and convenient!
- My cozy one-bedroom apartment is ideal for a single person seeking a calm environment
- Please maintain the space clean and tidy
- My senior dog is low-maintenance but needs gentle care and patience on longer walks due to arthritis
- Photo updates of him would be greatly appreciated.
No, sorry.

I had such a nice stay at Alex's place, with her very sweet dog and cat. Both animals were so well-behaved and easy to care for. Their building is in a great neighborhood, near a few shops and businesses but a quiet residential area of beautiful homes behind it, and I looked forward to taking the dog out for his longer nightly walks to enjoy the perfect weather and scenery. Alex was very kind, letting me come into town the night before and stay in their spare room, to get to know the animals and their routine. I felt very welcomed and appreciated! Alex's home is also very close to Venice beach and there is convenient bus stop nearby that will get you there in about 10-15 mins so you don't have to worry about parking!
