Feed Mimi 1 times a day (she grazes) and clean the kitty litter. Water plants once a week. keep my house clean. Pick up the mail. And of course give Mimi lots of love.

What are the good features of the property and location

I'm 2 miles from the ocean in trendy Santa Monica. I'm close to major bus lines and a half mile from the metro line that goes to downtown Los Angeles. Close to museums, great restaurants, hiking and of course sunny Southern CA. You can use my bike to get around.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You need to be responsible and keep my home clean. The cat sometimes throws up and you will need to clean that up in a timely manner.
