Seeking a sitter for our Philadelphia townhouse - no pets to look after! We're looking for a reliable person or couple with good communication skills to look after our comfortable home while we travel for 30 days. No pets or plants to care for, so this would be a no-payment sit. Non-smokers only, please.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Collect the mail, keep the place clean, watch for any problems, and check in with us weekly or about any issues. We might ask you to run a local errand or make a call if something comes up.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our Northern Liberties location in Philadelphia is walking distance from shopping, restaurants, bars, music venues, parks, two rivers, historical sites, and tourist attractions. You don’t need a car, but there is street parking available if you have one. The photos shown were taken before the place was furnished, but there is a queen bed, lots of seating, space to work, and a fully equipped kitchen. You'll have wifi, two Alexas, and a TV with multiple entertainment channels.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Please be aware this is an urban location, and while our area is quite safe, you'll need to be city-savvy. Public transit is close by and Lyft/Uber rides come quickly.
