What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Keep home as clean and tidy as it was found please. There’s 3 small plants to water as needed, instructions would be left based on the time of year. Keep all doors locked when leaving the home.

What are the good features of the property and location

Mountain view 360*, WiFi, comfy beds, lots of board games. Several bedrooms that I don’t mind being used, you can vacation here as long as the home is respected and tidy as found. No parties, no smoking!

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Location, you will need your own vehicle to get up the mountain to my home, if it’s winter season AWD is best due to weather.

Can I bring my own pets?

Yes
Restrictions: Well trained and well behaved dogs (up to 3)
