About this assignment

I’m looking for one or two responsible adults who would be respectful and careful with my charming little house that I have lovingly worked on over the last couple of years.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

I have five hands who are quite docile and provide eggs. They have an automatic door that lets them out in the morning and closes at night, but I would like to have someone there to make sure that they are doing all right, but the coop is cleaned of poop from there sleeping area, and that their food and water is refresh we needed. I keep dried meal worms on hand, and they love to come get treats or polish off your leftovers.
I also have just a few house plants that will need occasional watering

What are the good features of the property and location

I live in a quiet culdesac where everyone watches out for each other. It is a safe and lovely little neighborhood located five minutes or less from Alderwood mall, Costco, Home Depot, and access to I 405 and I five freeways. There’s plenty of hiking and skiing within an hour of the property and downtown Seattle is a straight shot down the freeway about 15 miles.
I have lovingly restored the house with custom mosaic tile in both bathrooms and kitchen.
The new light rail opens up in my neighborhood on August 24, with easy travel to the university of Washington, downtown Seattle, the airport, and multiple other stops.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I keep a shoeless household, and I’m careful with my property. I would prefer not to have smokers, and definitely someone who is responsible and will care for my house as if it were their own.
