Nala (my gorgeous cat) needs a friend while we are away

About this assignment

A single person or a couple to come and love our cat Nala. She really is a lovely cat and loves company but can be a bit shy until she warms to you.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Make sure Nala is happy and maybe keep our herb self-watering garden watered (super easy). Also I would rather a clean and tidy person and one who is energy efficient (i.e turning of lights when not in the room, closing outdoor doors so heat doesn't escape etc).

What are the good features of the property and location

We live in a lovely location in Glenview. Just walking distance is Trader Joe’s (supermarket). Starbucks, Thai restaurant, Walgreens Pharmacy, a boutique shop, nail salon and more. It really is a lovely place to live, safe, and friendly and the train station is a 10 minute walk. We also have a massage chair for the end-of-the-day relaxation.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

They need to love cats. She doesn't need too much attention at all, just someone coming and going each day. We have an automated kitty litter box, feeder and water fountain so she really isn't much work at all.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
