Cat Lover needed in Madrid

About this assignment

I leave Madrid for a trip (April 12th to May 4th) and I need somebody to take care of my cat and houseplants. What I expect from you is to keep him company: play with him, clean his litter box, refill his water and food plates, brush him, give him treats...
I would need a respectful person and cat lover. She/he must keep the house tidy and clean and water the plants, and ensure an easy communication on a daily basis while I'm gone.
In exchange you'd have the house for you in the city center of Madrid with plenty of options to enjoy the city.
This is for solo traveler only. You'll need to have references from previous housesitting experiences here or in other websites.
We'll have to meet in person the previous night of my departure.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

What are the good features of the property and location

From my house, you'll have an easy access to all of what this city can offer: museums, parks, sightseeing, theatres, etc . Located in the city center and with easy access to all public transport

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Being a responsible person and cat lover. Enssure proper communication while I'm gone and maintain cleanliness around the house. Must accommodate the travel dates.
