Spectacular Villa in St Lucia Caribbean

We have dogs and a beautiful villa we'd love someone to enjoy while we have to be off island! Spectacular view you will love! Truly!
We have elderly family members that require our attention and have to return to assist for a few months.
New grand babies and some travel.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Live here, enjoy the garden, plant if you'd like. Give our dogs love and food, prepare food and feed. They're amazing dogs that everyone wants to take home with them.
Low maintenance pool - literally clean once a month, salt water filtered. Amazing.
Water system - have 3 tanks, rain collection and city water, easy to maintain.
Can discuss options and have videos for easy maintenance. We estimate two hrs per day max, some more some 10 minutes!

What are the good features of the property and location

This is a spectacular hillside country property located in a small friendly community. It is lush with gardens, fruits and vegetables and the view many say is the most amazing they've seen from a private villa!
Close to amenities, 5 mins walk and larger stores in major town 10 mins drive. 10 mins international airport and 10 mins to beach. It's ideal, can't say enough about it!

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Ideal sitter would be retired couple that want to relax but like to putter around the house keeping active, gardening, minor maintenance (we have list of electrician/plumber etc for most) and preparing dog food and feeding them.
In summary:
We’re in search of a DIY handy couple to stay at our villa from May 2025 for approximately 4 months.
There are some daily responsibilities as we have 4 dogs who require feeding. Lovely dogs that many guests want to take home with them ? We do have someone who can feed them if you’re travelling around the island for a couple days here and there.
We also have gardeners who require supervision to a degree, or if you’re seriously into gardening, the opportunities here are endless!
In short, we are very flexible in the negotiations and we will select our MMH candidates based on WIN-WIN for all parties involved!
