Clean. Check for leaks, when there is a unusually heavy downpour of
Rain. Keep an eye on things, like the water pump, and reserve water

What are the good features of the property and location

We, Canadians fell in love with this property because of its views. It is not
In a gated community, but a very safe area. We have lived here 10 years, so all the neighbors know us, and we know them. There is public transportation from the door. Also the nearest beach is like 30 minutes away, and the city of panama is a 40 minute car or bus ride. Good access to
Other expat areas like Coronado. Local chiva (mini bus) stops at our door.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

However beautiful panama is, it does not operate the same as Canada or the states. You need to be a person that can handle surprises or when things don’t go according to plan.
