Looking for a clean, non-smoker, no shoes in the house. This is a place for a nature and bird lover. Would be thankful for daily communication and photos.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Feed ducks, squirrels and birds twice a day. Leave deer food in the evening. Empty the dehumidifier twice a day. Collect mail once a week. Send a daily update.
What are the good features of the property and location
Wifi, canoe, kayaks, pedal boat, quiet retreat on a lake. Peace and serenity from the noise of the city, yet can be in town in a 12 minute drive. You will see nature from every window.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
It is accessible with public transportation but more convenient to have a car. If you work from home or love a quiet retreat, this is a paradise.
