About this assignment
We are going away for two weeks in August and don’t want our sweet boys to be alone. They are very affectionate and playful and like human company
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Feed them once a day and play with them for a few minutes. Mr. is super friendly and playful. He has a fishing rod and lure that he loves to chase around and likes to do this at least once a day. The cats don’t go outside so they need exercise.
What are the good features of the property and location
Nice neighborhood and near DC. Short walk to public transportation. Friendly neighborhood if you need anything. Natural foods grocery store, and bakery and meat shop three blocks away. Restaurants and bars half a mile nice walk.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
Cat lovers please! Our house is comfy, nothing fancy. We have a projector and movie screen and many streaming services. Our cats are adorable.
We are looking for someone nice and reliable to trust with our home and cats. You have to be a little bit careful going out the door. The cats are indoor cats, but are curious, and will try to get out if the door is standing open.

Fantastic Location and Purrfect Pets!
We were lucky to be chosen to look after two wonderful cats, Mister and Eddie. Both the cats were lovely and easy to care for and we were given excellent instructions from Jen and Tom. The house is really close to public transport and ideal if you want to explore Washington. It is a clean, cosy and well located house with excellent wifi and a brilliant TV system. It has a well equipped kitchen with a large oven. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were made to feel very welcome and at home. We would recommend this house sit and loved their gorgeous cats.
