*Last Minute* Care for 5 dogs and the house near Asti, Piedmont

About this assignment

Hi, I am looking for a mature, reliable and trustworthy person or 2 people with a calm and relaxed energy to care for my 5 dogs and the house. Arrive 23rd or 24th Feb until 28th Feb.
3 are small, 2 are medium. They are all calm and well behaved and a joy to be around.
Must be a dog lover. I will be away for 4 or 5 days but you need to arrive a day or 2 before I leave to meet the dogs and settle in.

Ideally English speaker, if not we can communicate in writing.
Experience caring for dogs is essential. Knowledge of training and dog behaviour also important.
Looking for someone who enjoys taking the dogs out for walks, if you are alone then it will be better to take them in 2 groups.
They are fed twice a day.
There is a full size billiards table, WIFI and a big garden.
The dogs cannot be left for more than 3 hours in a day.
A great opportunity to chill out with them, go for nice walks, read, practice billiards, relax on the sofa in a very cozy, peaceful and scenic setting.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feeding the dogs twice a day.
Walking them twice a day.
The dogs must always be on a lead outside the garden.
Playing ball or stick throwing with Kriya. (No one else plays ball!)
Keeping the house clean and tidy, nothing more.
Interacting with them and giving them love and attention.
They are calm and relaxed dogs and a joy to be around.

What are the good features of the property and location

Big, cozy and warm house in a peaceful and quiet rural setting surrounded by nature with a nice view of the surrounding countryside.
Big windows and glass doors looking out on to the garden. Totally privatate.
A full size billiards table!
A big fully equipped kitchen for cooking and dining.
A big bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath.
A big private bedroom for the sitter.
Just a couple of kilometers from the town.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Experience caring for dogs is essential.
Knowledge of training and dog behaviour is also necessary.

The town is a couple of kilometers from the house. If you don't drive I will give you a lift to go shopping before I leave. It's possible to walk or get a taxi. I have a bicycle here to use but it is not electric.

There is WIFI.
You can arrive between 21st and 23rd. I will be back on the 28th.

Can I bring my own pets?
