House sit in historic rural town on west coast of Ireland

About this assignment

I'm looking for somebody who is responsible, reliable, honest and who loves and connects with animals. A sense of adventure would be great as well.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The main responsibility would be to feed and take care of my three cats. They are very easy going and can come and go through a cat flap as they like. They are independent, but do love and need human company.

What are the good features of the property and location

My property is a semi-detached house with lovely and helpful neighbours on both sides. It is located in a quaint historic town on the west coast of Ireland, in Co. Clare. There is wifi, a garden, a guest bedroom and full bathroom for the housesitter. Walking distance to pubs (one of them with a micro-brewery), shops, the church and bus stop. Close to the coast (by bus or car) and to bigger towns and cities.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

This is not city centre Dublin, so it is a bit quieter than that. There is no urban distraction in the town itself, like cinemas or theatres, but there is traditional live music.

There is a guest bedroom for one person, so this is a house sit suitable for one.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
