Sitters requested (couple preferred) for Scottish cottages

About this assignment

I am looking to make contact with a trustworthy and loyal house-sitter - preferably a couple - who enjoy living peacefully in a very rural part of Scotland. Ideally a couple who are able to maintain good housekeeping standards and basic gardening duties.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

I am flexible on this as there are various opportunities available. It will depend on the nature of the house-sitters, their abilities and what they want from the experience.

What are the good features of the property and location

The cottages are in a rural location around 3km from Campbeltown and 5km from stunning beaches. Kintyre is a beautiful, unspoilt part of Scotland rich in heritage and wildlife and the cottages sit in a very peaceful and tranquil site surrounded by farmland.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The main thing to consider is the location - it is rural and a 2.5hour drive from the nearest major town and railway networks. There is a weekday aircraft service to Glasgow but no ferry and just a single road in and out.
