Testimonials
Kind and very caring hosts - amazing location!
We spent about four weeks in the beautiful home of Ralph and Kerstin, and we were absolutely delighted. Not only were we captivated by the stunning surroundings, but also by the warmth and hospitality of our wonderful hosts. The apartment where we stayed during the day is beautiful. It’s bright, clean, minimalist, and offers an incredible view. The terrace is huge and beautifully arranged with flowers and kept spotlessly clean. There are wonderful places to lie down and relax, all nestled in nature, surrounded by vineyards. The location is fantastic—you’re quickly in the city center or neighboring villages, yet still surrounded by forests and stunning natural beauty. The small town is idyllic, quiet, and charming, with lovely restaurants, cafes, and pleasant residents. Even for us, as partial vegans, there was a great fully vegan restaurant. You can truly feel the Rheingau energy. You might need a car, as the accommodation is a bit elevated, but it’s not far from the city. If you’re sporty, you can ride a bike, but for shopping, a car is definitely necessary. There is so much to do in the nearby area, but if you just want to enjoy peace and nature, this is an absolutely amazing spot. The cat is incredibly relaxed and beautiful. He has a calm demeanor and took some time to warm up to us, but once he did, he was the most affectionate and cuddly cat you could imagine. And we’ve met quite a few! It was a dream to care for him. The hosts are extremely friendly and super helpful. If you need help with excursion tips or anything else, they are always available and approachable. We took them into our hearts right away and felt very comfortable with them and in their home. The apartment downstairs, where we slept, was also super clean, cute, minimalist, and equipped with everything you need. The property is simply breathtaking. We've been there twice now and would gladly return anytime. Thank you for everything. Best wishes, Rebecca and Michele.
