Central Florida - between Daytona Beach and Orlando - 5 cats

About this assignment

Obviously great with cats but also capable of taking care of a few house plants. Dependable and easy to get along with. Able to follow basic instructions and communicate with me through WhatsApp while I am out of the country.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

1. Feed the cats and show them love. 3 are Himalayan, 1 Rag Doll, 1 Himalayan/Rag Doll mix, so they're super friendly and easy to care for. Very chill cats. 2. Take care of the litter boxes. 3. Take care of my plants. 4. You do not need to clean the house as if you live here where you need to do a full house cleaning every couple of weeks, I will pay for someone to come and clean the house. Just clean up after yourself 5. You do not need to do any yardwork. I have a person I pay for that.

What are the good features of the property and location

I am halfway between Orlando and Daytona Beach. I'm an hour from Disney World and what people refer to as "the attractions" which is the area of Orlando where all the theme parks are. So if you like that stuff I'm close by, and you can also just go relax on the beach. There's literally dozens of beaches within an hour's drive and the closest is Daytona Beach which is 41 minutes away to the actual beachy which you can drive on. The house is big, two stories, 2600 square feet plus an air conditioned "Florida Room" that is 280 sq ft. It has a great view on a golf course of a lake and you can watch the sunset from the Florida room. House is very clean and neat since I live alone. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an office, living room, front/dining room, and a 2 car garage.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Be comfortable with 5 cats. Even though they are Himalayans and a Rag Doll and very family friendly, relaxed cats, its still 5 cats. And be confident in following instructions for watering plants :-)
