About this assignment
We are looking for someone who loves animals just like we do! And someone who enjoys nature and tranquility and loves to hang out outside and watch the fireflies, hike or drive to the nearby river or lake.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Our 2 dogs and 4 cats are being fed 2 times a day. Our chickens need to be let out in the morning and closed up at night and they love to be given treats!
What are the good features of the property and location
The lake of the Ozarks is just about 25 minutes away as well as the river. There is floating and boating and swimming in the summer time. And plenty of hikes! As well as state parks. The property is out of town and we enjoy the tranquility living outside of the hustle, but only 7 minute drive to town if needed. People who enjoy the outdoors, especially with kids, will love it here!
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
We want someone comfortable with big, but friendly, dogs! And someone who likes cats and chickens. We are surrounded by woods and are about 10 minutes away from town.

Visiting Missouri is a treat!
Tina and her family provided excellent accomodations, good instructions, lots of support while they were gone, and some pretty fun pets too! Be ready for some lively and large pups, but pretty good considering they were less than 2 years old at the time. Chickens were a delight and the indoor cats were low maintenance and cuddly.
