Be present most nights and keep things clean. There is someone available for groundkeeping or any issues. No animals. Possibly some managing which would be compensated.

What are the good features of the property and location

Fantastic view, surrounded by jungle, very peaceful, quiet and safe. 3 bedroom house with large terrace or 1 bedroom apartment, whichever you prefer. Secure off street parking

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Drive to Uvita to the beach is 35 minutes and needs a 4x4, drive into Pérez Zeledón for shopping is 40 minutes and does not require a 4x4

Can I bring my own pets?
