the house sitter will have to go and settle the water and electricity bills at the beginning of each month (we will leave the money for this) , and possibly mow the lawn. The house sitter will have to take us and pick us up at the airport with our vehicle

What are the good features of the property and location

it's a very quiet place, lots of wild birds, iguanas, monkeys, at the foot of a nature reserve. the house has 2 bedrooms with large beds

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

the house is located 25 minutes from Nicoya. There is no air conditioning but there are fans. There is no hot water. There is high speed wi-fi (starlink)
