Beautiful upcountry Maui home & yard with 3 cats

About this assignment

A clean non-smoker (individual or couple) with experience taking care of cats, doesn't mind a little light yard work, and maintaining a home. Someone generally home in the evenings.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Care for three mature cats, including feeding & scooping litter. Ensure they are in for the evening, and let them out in the morning. Some minor yard work (watering every couple of days, picking up any debris blown into the yard or from the plants).

What are the good features of the property and location

We live on a cul-du-sac with easy access to a major highway. The home is at about 1500 feet elevation... not too hot in the summer, nor too cool in the winter (winter can be rainy). The yard is groomed and well maintained. 12 minutes to town (things like Walmart, Target, etc). Streaming services include Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Travel to Maui. Transportation while on Maui (although occasional use of our car is negotiable). Limited dining options in up-country Maui (a few good restaurants, some fast food and food trucks - not much delivery).

Can I bring my own pets?
