Rural Portugal 3 Cats new house

About this assignment

I need someone to look after my 2+1 cats while I am abroad.Either someone who wants to live in rural portugal for between 6 months and 1 year.Or I neerd someone local who can visit the house and feed the cats and check on the security of the property.I say 2+1 cats as I own and am responsible for 2 cats which are registered and chipped in my name.However I have a squatter cat who has joined our family as I now feed him although he is domesticated so I believe he belongs elsewhere.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feeding the cats and maintaining a clean house.Receiving and opening mail and forwarding photos of documents to me via whatsapp etc.Informing me via whats app of weekly events and providing pictures of my love ones.

What are the good features of the property and location

Quiet rural location in a small village near a medium sized town.30 minutes by car, 15 minutes by Train to the City of Aveiro, 30 minutes to the Atlantic coast and beaches.It would be difficult to live here without a car although there is a bus service and a bus stop within 3 minutes from the house.There is also a train service to Aveiro a large town 1 hour drive south of Porto.There is also a train service from Aveiro to the rest of Portugal

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Isolation & solitude, this is a rural part of Portugal.Ideal for a writer , musician, perfect place for an aspiring musician to practice undisturbed as long as you wanted provided you don't disturb the cats.I have fields in front of the house to the and to the rear of the püroperty .To the right is a farmer who farms the land around and one rented house with a small family.

Can I bring my own pets?

Yes
Restrictions: it would depend of what animal a dog might be problematic due to the cats.
