About this assignment

We are looking for someone who can watch our house and small dog while we travel for a month! Looking for someone who is reliable, clean, and quiet.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

We have one small dog that will need to be walked at least once a day and fed. I have just a few house plants that will need to be watered a couple of times a month and a small garden that will need to be watered every 2-3 days.

What are the good features of the property and location

We are 25 minutes from Miami Beach that has great shopping, eating, and beaches. Small backyard with privacy to enjoy the nice weather. 3 bedrooms and a safe, walkable gated community.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We are a good 15-20 minutes from most shopping so you will want to rent a car for your stay here. We are open to discussing use of our car while we are gone.
