5 Bed Hampton House with Pool, near beach, parks and shops

About this assignment

We are looking for a neat and tidy house sitter that is respectful of our house. We would like someone to look after our house and our puppy Maisy. Maisy is a Bernadoodle (about knee height) photo attached.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

We would like someone to walk Maisy at least once per day. There are some beautiful Parks and Beach tracks within walking distance.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house has been recently built, so everything is new, works well and it is neat and tidy. There is a pool and a spa. Our street runs onto the main shopping centre of Hampton with lots of restaurants, bars, shopping and supermarkets. There are several Parks very close with 2 on our street. The beach is approximately an 8 minute walk at the end of our street.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We would like to have a quick interview with the housesitter just to meet them to ensure we are a good fit. A dog lover would be preferred.
