The Legends is known for 3 Signature award winning Golf Courses and a 30 acre practice range. Community features Pool, Clubhouse, Tennis, basketball. 3 BR 2.5 Bath Hot Tub. Walking and Bike trails through community. This home is within a few miles of the Beach and all Myrtle Beach attractions. Need to watch 3 dogs and one cat.
