What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feeding chickens, two cats and two dogs, daily dog walking (two well trained and calm English Spaniels who love a good run!) Enjoy the beautiful South West of France

What are the good features of the property and location

Property is located with magnificent views across two valley's towards a medieval chapel, originally a 400 year old farm house the house was totally renovated 5 years ago so has all modern amenities with old world charm including wood burning stoves. Set in 4 acres of garden the house is very private yet only 5 mins from the charming market town of Lectoure (also nearest Intermarché) and 20 mins from Condom.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The house is in a small hamlet without amenities so driving licence is essential. Our dogs are relatively young and do require a good walk every day and as we live in quite hilly territory a reasonable level of fitness would be required.
