Low key mixed terrier guards my home in Brooklyn, NY

About this assignment

Looking for someone that will take care of my small dog Bosco, while staying in my beautiful home in Brooklyn. Bosco is low maintenance, he is social and loves attention, but will not ask for anything unless its his food time.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed and walk Bosco, twice per day at least. Take him out for a quick wee another two times (can be in the garden). Take the trash out and Leave the house as you found it.

What are the good features of the property and location

Excellent brooklyn location, one block to train. you can comfortable work remotely with good space and wifi. Bosco is very chill. the area is great for restaurants and bars.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

i would like to video chat and whenever possible meet before. my block is very quiet. You will sleep in the room in the basement where i used to host airbnb. the bathroom is in the main floor, one flight up from the room. room has access to garden and a window. fresh in the summer and warm in the winter.

Can I bring my own pets?

Restrictions: small friendly dogs that do not climb on furniture ok
