House and dog sitter

Someone who will take good care for our home our pool and our 13 year old dog lily and feed our adoptive stray cats when they call for food

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

To look after our dog lily who doesn't need anything other than to be near you . We have two stray cats that we we feed daily grace and tiggy but they are not permitted to enter the house . Lily is the priority she likes to go out with you occasionally but cannot walk too far we have a stroller for when she needs it . She is ok to be left at home she doesn't have to go everywhere with you . You will need to look after our swimming pool though we have it set up to pretty much look after itself we do sweep the steps daily if needed and fish out anything that blows in .we have a robot cleaner that just needs to be put in daily and the pump is set to automatically come on during the night so not much to do and water the plants around the terrace every other day.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our home is peaceful and private . It is in the campo and is a 5 minute drive to the beach where our little town is Castell de Ferro . The beach is lovely and outside of July and August you will find it pretty much empty .we are on the coast so there are lots of seaside towns to visit in each direction . We have the beautiful Alpujarras around us also and many wonderful inland places to see .You will have the use of our 4x4 whilst we are away if you need it. We are in the Campo so you will need a car to get to us and to get in to town although you can walk into town in the cooler months we are 1 hour .15 mins from Málaga airport

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We are 1 hour 15 mins from the airport there is a bus that you can get to us from the airport and we have a 4x4 car available for the duration of your stay
